As part of the implementation process the Digital Diagnostics team trains existing staff to operate LumineticsCore, starting with an e-learning curriculum that covers everything from the basics of diabetes and eye anatomy to how to perform LumineticsCore exams. Next, on-site, hands-on training is conducted with clinical staff as they perform live exams, helping foster confidence and accuracy from day one. By prioritizing staff comfort, offering education, and reinforcing new workflows, the Customer Experience team helps customers move beyond implementation to confident, consistent use.

In addition, SphereDx allows providers centralized access to LumineticsCore patient records to simplify data reconciliation and data tracking to aid in the care management of patients. Customers also have access to live chat support that connects them directly with a trained team member for real-time, on-the-spot troubleshooting as questions arise during clinical use.
